Reliance Communications has announced yet another Android devices, this one is a new CDMA based smartphone called the CoolPad D530. This is an entry-level Android device, but one of its biggest disappointments is that the device runs Android 2.1 Éclair.
The CoolPad D530 includes a 3.5-inch display (480 x 320 resolution), WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, 2 megapixel rear camera and a 1280 mAh battery. These are not the specifications available and there are other better CDMA options including Galaxy Pop and the dual-SIM Motorola XT800.
The CoolPad D530 is priced at 7,999 INR and Reliance also offers 100% cash back which we are guessing to be another reverse subsidy model like we have seen with a few recent launches.
